Kesar falooda
Almost everyone likes falooda so why not we make falooda drink. Let's make Kesar falooda will be the best iftar drink for Ramadan 2020. Here is the recipe,
Ingredient:
Vermicelli: 1/2 cupSabza seeds: 2tbsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Full Cream Milk: 1 cup
Saffron: 3-4 strands soaked in 2 tbsp of milk-soaked in water
Kulfi ice cream: 2 scoop
Few almonds finely chopped
Few pista finely chopped
Method:
Step 1: Take some water into a pan, heat it on high flame. Add 1/2 cup broken vermicelli to the boiling water. Stir it well and cook the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes until the water is absorbed. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.Step 2: Now take a bowl to add 2tbsp of sabza seed and soak it in a cup of water.
Step 3: Now Take a serving glass now we will going to add every ingredient layer by layer. Now the first layer will be 2-3 tbsp of sabza seed, our second layer is vermicelli and then add saffron soaked in milk, then add dry fruits almonds and pista, then add kulfi ice cream scoop, then add milk to it. Mix all the layers and Lastly add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream at the top. Kesar falooda is ready.
Mango Lassi
Guys, you may think about how lassi becomes iftar drink. Now Ramadan is
coming in April and will have Ramadan in the summer season which means
Mango season so we have to include the king of fruit in our iftar menu.
Mango lassi is the best menu option for the iftar drink of Ramadan 2020. Mango lassi is a healthy drink because it has yogurt in it. So, let's get into this recipe,
Ingredients:
Mango pulp: 1yogurt: 3-4 tsp
sugar: according to your preference
Sabza seed: 1 tsp
Method:
Step 1: Mango lassi is a simple recipe. It's easy to make. let's start the recipe. Take a mixer jar, put mango pulp along with yogurt, sugar and ice cubes. grind it into a fine smoothie.Step 2: Pour the mango lassi into a glass and add 1 tsp of sabza.This is it. our mango lassi is ready to serve it chill.
Chocolate milkshake:
As we all know, many Muslim children use to keep Roza. It is up to us to
make something special and healthy recipe for them. So chocolate

Ingredients:
Chocolate chips: 2 tbspSugar: 2tsp
Cocoa powder: 1.5 tsp
Ice cubes: 2-3 cubes
Milk: 200 ml
Chocolate syrup: 2 tbsp

Step 1: To make a chocolate milkshake, take a grinder and add all the ingredients to the mixer jar.blend it well and that's it.its to simple to make.Step 2: Our chocolate milkshake is ready. Serve it chill.
Doodh rooh e afza:
Doodh e rooh afza is the best iftar drink for Ramadan 2020.
Everybody use to drink rooh afza in each and every iftar. I feel that
it's something which everybody drinks to keep themselves cool. It is
like no iftar without rooh e afza. Let 's give it a twist, instead of
making rooh e afza in water, we can make it in milk. It will taste you
too delicious and healthy too.
Ingredient:
milk: 1 glass
Rooh e afza: 2 tsp
sugar as per your taste
sabza seeds: 2 tsp
Method:
Step 1: This is also the simplest recipe to make and it tastes so
yummy and chills your body. Just take a glass of milk, add two
teaspoons of rooh e afza and add some sugar if you want. Give them a
good mix. Lastly, add 2 tsp of sabza to it. That's it our doodh rooh e afza is ready
Mango juice:
Mango juice is for mango lovers. To make the iftar season more special I have included recipe this in iftar menu.
Ingredients:
Mango: 1 full(peeled and chopped)
Sugar: 5 tbsp
Water: 2-3 glasses
Ice cubes:5-6 cubes
Method:
Step 1: Add mango pulp and sugar along with ice cubes in a blender. Blend it well.
Step 2: Add 2-3 glasses of water to it to make a little watery. Again blend it well. That's it. our mango juice is ready to drink.
